We take great care and pride in every product that we create. It is the reason they are hand made, and hand checked piece by piece before we wrap them up and send out to you. If you are unhappy for any reason whatsoever, you are welcome to return your order within the return period of 30 days from confirmation of purchase. If you have bought our products elsewhere, please follow the returning guidelines of that store.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you're having difficulties returning to the store you bought it from, please contact us and we would be happy to find a solution. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For personalised products, due to the nature of the product being permanently changed as a service, we unfortunately can not provide any returns/refunds or exchanges. If the personalisation is incorrect due to a mistake on our side, this will of course be fixed and covered by us. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any queries.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, this usually happens within 3-5 working days. Rest assured, we've never rejected a return as our products come undamaged or due to other faults so far. We use the strongest leather and aluminium steel design to ensure the products last a long time.
If you are happy with the product, but would like to exchange it instead of a refund, this is also possible. If within the return period, you are welcome to exchange it to a product of the same value. Any price difference will be either credited or charged, depending on any price difference and changes made in the meantime.

All our products come with standard 1 year warranty. This means in the offset chance there is something wrong weither mechanically or due to an production error, the product will be replaced free of charge.
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems? We will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
